Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Katherine Allan
"Having spent time working as a CEO and consultant in Higher Education I discovered first-hand the difficulties many students were facing with their mental health. The power of nature, walking and connection is so well-known to support, heal and I wanted to find a way to let younger people know that even those a few chapters ahead have stuggles too. Perhaps we can all learn from one another and create a community of change."

Head of Operations
Kinga Dukai
"I am passionate about creating change, especially in supporting young people. Having navigated the challenges of university myself, I understand how overwhelming choices, setbacks, and fast-moving world can feel. What motivates me are the connections: talking, listening, working together for something meaningful. My vision is to help students to find balance, confidence, and belonging through genuine connection and open conversation, sometimes simply by being outdoors together."

Researcher
Yasaman Mousavi
"Coming from a background in Political Sociology, I am interested in understanding people’s experiences within institutional settings and how these environments shape individuals in different ways. Volunteering with Campus to Campus gives me the opportunity to learn from practitioners in student support and wellbeing while contributing to awareness campaigns and outreach. I hope to play a part in making learning more accessible and supportive for everyone!"

Event & Research Coordinator
Elizabeth Dann
"I am a psychology graduate passionate about mental health advocacy. My final-year project explored female students' experiences of mental health services, strengthening my commitment to improving accessibility and awareness. I have volunteered in Sri Lanka supporting children's mental health and will continue in Thailand next year. I aim to build a career combining research, advocacy, and practical support for young people.
